While Caligula remained an emperor for only four years, he tortured his senators and people in unimaginable ways. He used to get thrill out of serious offences. For instance, he once ordered to throw a few rows of spectators into Circus Maximus when they had no criminals to throw in front of lions. Another proof of his insanity was his act to saw his victims badly from crotch up to the chest. He thought that his ruthless acts were pranks.

Unlike Caligula, Elagabalus used to have pleasure out of his sexual acts done with both women and men. As he held the throne at a tender age of 14, he started thinking that he had gained the power to enjoy anything he wanted. He also used to visit brothels in a disguise. He always wanted to feast on the most lavish food available. It also included brains that the public found severely disgusting. Due to his weird acts, everyone hated him and his own guard eventually killed him at the age of 18.
Korean Prince Sado

Sado got married at the age of nine. He became a father at 17. After suffering from measles, he developed such deep insanity that even his father used to hate him badly. He used to have delusions and nightmares initially. Later, he started abusing his servants physically. He used to rape any woman he wanted without any consideration. He even stalked his sister and murdered people without reasons. Finally, his father nailed shut him into a rice chest.
Egyptian King Farouk

This last Egyptian ruler not only used to gamble and party, but also used to eat and drink weirdly and excessively. He had actually grown to about 300 pounds. However, the real insanity was his habit of stealing while being the owner of infinite money. At a time, he even stole the watch of Winston Churchill. He was found to have stolen collections of magic tricks, coins, and porn stuff. He also used to shoot lions in their cages in zoos after getting nightmares. Additionally, he was against his own kingdom and people disliked him intensely.
