girls oushine boys in class xii cbse results

Continuing the past trend, for the 15th year at a stretch, girls have outclassed boys in their class XII CBSE performance.

This year overall pass percentage is 79.55, out of which 84.4 per cent are girls where as only 75.93 per cent is the pass percentage of boys, this year CBSE result shows a clear gap of 8.5 per cent between girls and boys pass percentages.

4, 54,045 students appeared for the exam this year out of which 2, 63,286 were boys and 1, 90,759 were girls. The results were announced for regions- Delhi, Ajmer, Chennai, Guwahati, Panchkula and Allahabad.

The real noteworthy point is that 939 physically handicapped students too have passed the exams while three of them have scored above 90 per cent marks too.

This result and pass percentages of students are giving a clear indication that this year college cut-offs for admission to graduate courses are all set to cross all barrier and fly sky-high, undoubtedly.
