Cabinet expansion in two phases

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will expand his ministry in two phases: The first to accommodate JMM representatives and the second for inducting SP nominees. JMM ministers will be sworn in soon after the PM returns from Sri Lanka after attending the Saarc.
