Catholic Church in Acapulco calls out for all Cartel Executioners to 'Convert and Repent'

Amidst the resurgence of violence in Acapulco where over the weekend more than 30 people where executed, the Catholic Church has chimed its bells in mourning and offered to not excommunicate cartel hit men who convert and repent.
