I was a teenager when broke with my girl friend. I was then in high school. Due to depression, I could not concentrate on anything. That year, I even failed in my exams. I could not find any way to get over break-up.

One fine morning, I noticed a news paper article by a renowned psychologist.

The symptoms he mentioned after break-up was similar to mine. Than I realized the injustice I have been doing to myself, simply for a break-up. I rejoined the same school. My friends supported me. Slowly, I forgot my past and became a better person.

A)Keep Yourself Busy to Get Over Break-up

Love is a beautiful experience in life. You feel good to spend time with your beloved. They mean the whole world to you. You share with them sweeter than sweetest feelings.

But, one day you find that the relationship has ended, leaving you in depression. You may try to find ways to get over breakup. The best way to come out of all such depression is to keep you busy with work. This will prevent any negative thought to intrude your mind. Slowly, you will feel better to embrace better relations in life.

B) How my children taught me how to get over break-up.

I have been married to Arnold for the past fifteen years. One day, confessed that he is going steady with his secretary for the last ten months. My whole world seemed to have crashed. Our marriage broke up. But, during this period of crisis my children, Ted and Tiffany, stood by me. They convinced me to look ahead in life and get over break-up In spite of their busy schedule; they spent maximum time with me. As I recovered, I also joined a school as a Piano teacher. So, now I am a happy person without any pain and frustration.

When I broke up with Bob, I turned to be suicidal. I have been living with him for three years. I could not think a day without him. Looking into my position, all my friends ‘forced’ me to go for meditation. I did. Initially, I was doing it very casually. But, later I realized that I am feeling better than before. My will power and confidence boosted. It was becoming easy for me to get over break up. I started taking things positively. Meditation helped me realize my self worth. Now, I am living alone and waiting for new relations

“Nothing’s gonna change my love for you” this was the song my boyfriend sang on my last birthday. But, he is gone now. He left for the Wall Street for a new job. His work commitments created distance among us. Initially, it was very difficult for me to get over break-up. But, it was not for long. I took things practically. I took admission in a reputed university. I concentrated more on studies. Sometimes I even went for long drives with friends and families. All these helped to grow up as a person, ready to face anything in life.
