From the most recent brawl of Sharukh Khan and Shirish Kunder to the very old rivalry of Mr Dabangg and Vivek Oberoi, the following list mentions the most popular and spiced up Bollywood celebrity fights.
Shahrukh Khan and Shirish Kunder
This was the latest scuffle in Bollywood. The king Khan and Shirish Kunder had a major fight in the party thrown by Sanjay Dutt for the celebration of Agneepath. The fight happened over a sarcastic comment made by Shirish on SRK’s movie Ra One. Shirish tweeted “I just heard a Rs150 crore firework fizzle”. It was quite insulting for SRK.
King Khan tried ignoring him but after being followed by Shirish throughout the party he finally lost his cool and slapped him just before he was about to leave the night club at Juhu where the party was arranged
Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor
This brawl was also talked about a lot. It seemed that Deepika Padukone was the topic for the fight which occurred. Ranveer had made some remarks about Deepika to Ranbir saying that she was the hottest girl he had ever dated. And also added that few lines of a song from her movie ‘Dum maro dum’, “Pant kheechega ki nahin…” was directed towards Ranbir.
However, nothing was confirmed by any of the stars and Ranbir Kapoor referred it as a rumoured and refused to clarify anything.
Madhur Bhandarkar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Famous director Madhur Bhandarkar publicly showed his disappointment when Aishwarya Rai refused to do his movie, ‘Heroine’ when she learned the news about her pregnancy. The Bollywood family criticised Mr Bhandarkar a lot for his selfish thoughts which he openly disclosed in media and for not being happy for Aishwarya.
In the end, he had to wrap up his ambitious project ‘Heroine’ and showed great dissatisfaction and blamed the actress for not disclosing her maternity status beforehand. Aishwarya said she had to leave the movie because of director’s sudden absurd demands made after the announcement of her pregnancy which would have affected her health and were also obscene.
Shahrukh Khan and Farah Khan
This fight which was a cold war took place when Farah had changed her usual norm of casting SRK in her movie and instead casted Akshay Kumar in ‘Tees Maar Khan’. The annoyance of SRK was evident when he showed disinterest for Farah’s movie which was remake of ‘Satte Pe Satta’r.
Though there was news about things being fine, unfortunately after the fight with her husband Shirish Kunder and slapping him, things got worse.
Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi
The rift which happened between these superstars was because of the ex-girlfriend of both, Aishwarya Rai. The love triangle between the three popular stars resulted in a never ending hostility between Vivek and Salman.
Though, Vivek Oberoi apologised to Salman after his break up with Aish but Salman ignored him all the time and acted as if Vivek did not exist. He even refused to hear his apology which was very embarrassing for Vivek.
Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan
Hrithik is known for being extra sensitive and possessive about his movies. Guzarish which was released in 2010 was one of the most special projects which hold a close place in Hrithik’s heart. Salman Khan made fun about the result of the movie in box office and also laughed at it. Hrithik could not take it down quietly and tweeted him saying it was not brave or heroic of him to laugh over at someone’s hard work. It was also rumoured that Agneepath was not allowed to come to Bigg Boss to promote their movie.
Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan
In 2008, at the birthday bash of Katrina Kaif, after consuming a couple of drinks these two well-known Khans got into a heated argument. SRK had commented on Aishwarya Rai, ex-girlfriend of Salman Khan which angered him and resulted in a fist fight between the two.
One of the rumoured reasons due to long rivalry between the two is also said to be because of SRK’s refusal of doing a guest appearance on Salman’s home production film Mr and Mrs Khanna. This big fight never came to an end.
