Will Afghanistan Deal with ISI of Pakistan?

As we all know that in most of the crimes which happen in Afghanistan the ISI (Inter-services intelligence) of Pakistan is involved and it is proved. Once again the plan of Squirting Acid on students and teachers in Kandahar was made by ISI and achieved its desire for such a heinous act.

As most of the people were informed through the media that on Wednesday, 12th November, 08 early in the morning when the female students and teachers were going to Merwais Meena high school some people squirted Acid by bottles and water pistols on them that left several girls disfigured and two blinded.

Merwais Meena high school used to be a bustling place with over 1300 students that was constructed by Japan and is located in Merwais Meena district of Kandahar province of Afghanistan. But now the halls and grounds are nearly empty.

Soon after this tragic incident Mr. Hamed Karzai the president of Islamic republic of Afghanistan ordered the interior ministry to capture the criminals of this event as soon as they can and hang them.

After the order of president Karzai the interior ministry started the operations and arrested about 10 people for investigation from whom 2 criminals by the names of Jalil and Niaz Mohamamd confessed that they had done this bestial action against the school students and teachers. As they were investigated by the local police they reported as below:

Jalil: My name is Jalil and people know me by the name of Janaan. I am from Merwais meena of Kandahar but living in Quetta city, Baluchistan province of Pakistan for the last 30 years. I was met in Quetta by a Pakistani named Major Tahir who is a member of ISI (Inter-services intelligence) and working in Pakistan consulate in Kandahar. Tahir asked me to perform some sort of a criminal act in Afghanistan and he would pay me some amounts of money in return such as:

1. Burning Schools, Rs.250,000 – Rs.300,000 (Pakistani rupees)

2. Killing teachers, Rs.200,000 (Pakistani rupees)

3. Squirting Acid on students, Rs.100,000 (Pakistani rupees)

I told him to give me sometime to go to Kandahar and talk with some people down there. when I came to Kandahar, I met some people there by the names of Niaz Mohamamd and Mohammad Naeem and gave them a pistol with the bottles of acid and made the plan to squirt it on students. when this was done I went to Quetta and gave the report to Major Tahir that we squirted the Acid on students in Kandahar and as a result 8-10 girls were disfigured and blinded. He gave me a letter and asked me to go to the Pakistani consulate in Kandahar and collect the amount from there. Then, I came to Pakistan consulate in Kandahar, gave the letter and collected the amount of Rs.850, 000 (Pakistani rupees) and paid Rs.800, 000 to Niaz Mohammad and Mohammad Naeem and kept Rs.50,000 for my self. And then the next day I was arrested in Shaheedan avenue (Chawke Shaheedan) by police.

Niaz Mohammad: My name is Niaz Mohammad and people know me by the name of Bangoo. I am from Merwais Meena of Kandahar. I met Jalil in our garden and he asked me if I was able to perform the squirting of Acid on school students and teachers.

As soon as I accepted this, Mr. Jalil gave me a pistol and bottles of Acid so me and Mr. Mohammad Naeem took me on motor cycle and early in the morning went to the school’s site. I was riding the motor cycle and Mohammad Naeem was squirting acid on students and teachers. We did this in three different places and then we escaped. Then, I got information from people and gave the report to Jalil that about 8-10 students and teachers were disfigured and blinded and the next day Jalil brought the money for us. And then I was arrested by police.

It was the story that Mr. Jalil and Mr. Niaz Mohammad told to the police and the media. Now we will see that what will the government of Afghanistan do with these 2 criminals and ISI ((Inter-services intelligence) of Pakistan. If the government of Afghanistan deals only with these 2 criminals then the next day the ISI (Inter-services intelligence) of Pakistan will find some other people for doing such a bestial action in Afghanistan because we know that the percentage of unemployment in Afghanistan is rising day by day and most of the people are ready to do any kind of a crime for the sake of certain amounts of money. Hence, according to me, the government of Afghanistan should deal directly with the main players who plans these crimeswhich is ISI of Pakistan and we hope that the government of Pakistan, other countries and Human rights NGOs support us in stopping such bestial acts in Afghanistan and let the people of Afghanistan live in a peace and continue their education which is the hope of all homosapiens of the world.
