Why the Tunisian Dictator Was Thrown Out
Watching the images of young Tunisians take to the streets and in great courage and new found freedom chant down their corrupt and authoritarian leader is an image I shall never forgot and nearly brought me to tears.

Here are Arab youth, representing the region's best and potential, no longer silenced and making their voice heard. Tunisians no longer were afraid to express their hatred for such a widely detested regime. It was simply beyond belief to see Tunisian youth take to the streets and openly and with great determination tell their president to leave.
It was simply a breathtaking image which has inspired Arabs all over and stirred fear in the hearts of fellow Arab tyrants.
Those who read me regularly know that I have not just recently awaken to the state of [mis]affairs in Tunisia. I have been constantly writing about the vile nature of the regime for years now. If you want to understand why the regime was finally overthrow, here are some background material.
