Its very intriguing that on the occasion of Republic Day,the Bundi Administration of Rajasthan government honored the most corrupt officer,Tehsildar Bhawani Singh Chauhan against whom number of cases and inquiries are going on {Including a case under section 420 IPC filled by me].

What would be the fate of such inquiries if 'such' corrupt officers gets honored from the administration? and how fair would be the police inquiry,when the administration is conferring such awards.
I have also sent a detailed letter to the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Shri Ashok gehlot in this regard and requested him to take action and instruct administration for conducting inquiry of such selections and honor and ask for taking back "the honor".
