Why suicide? Have guts to live
From years there’s one discussion that whether life’s a gift or curse. We all know that Adam and Eve are the first men and women on earth. They have been sent by God to Earth as they were unfit for the heaven because they ate the apple which was restricted by god. There are many people who think that life is a curse and mistake. If they are in any problem they say life is Hell. But it is not so.

Life is only once with choice to live happily or die believing it is a curse. Every human being, animal and every creature has a problem. If the life is not moving according to your wish it doesn’t mean that it’s fatal and we have to end it. Committing suicide is a sin not life is a curse.
I agree, “Suicide is not chosen; it happens when pain exceeds resources for coping with pain.” Suicide may occur for a number of reasons, including depression, shame, guilt, desperation, physical pain, pressure, anxiety, financial difficulties, or other undesirable situations. It should be noted however that there are those who lead comparably happy lifestyles and choose to end their own lives for reasons other than the aforementioned negative associations.
The World Health Organization noted that someone commits suicide every 40 seconds thus making it one of the leading causes of death in the world. And there are an estimated 10 to 20 million non-fatal attempted suicides every year.
Mostly there are teenagers and college students who commit suicide either due to finance related problem or love interest. Sleeping pills, rat poison, phenyl, firearms, hanging, or jumping from heights, overdosing on drugs or cutting themselves etc are the ways the youngsters end themselves. Suicide rates differ between boys and girls. Girls think about and attempt suicide about twice as often as boys.
The following are the factors that increase the rate of suicide:
• 95% of people who die by suicide have a psychological disorder at the time of death.
• A family history of depression.
• Physical or sexual abuse.
• Lack of a support network, poor relationships with parents, siblings or peers, and feelings of social isolation.
• Dealing with homosexuality in an unsupported family or community or hostile school environment.
• Feelings of distress, irritability or agitation.
• Feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness that often accompany depression.
When a person commits suicide, everyone is affected. Family members, friends, teammates, neighbors and sometimes even those who didn't know the teen well might experience feelings of grief, confusion, guilt — and the sense that if only they had done something differently, the suicide could have been prevented.
If we find any person showing the signs of attempting suicide or talking about suicidal acts it is our duty to contact their family, doctor or in an emergency, you can call (800) SUICIDE or (800) 999-9999.
Such people need doctors and psychiatrists with love and support of near and dear to stop them in committing suicide. We can find the ways to solve our problems instead of ending a precious life. The people who end their lives are losers. They don’t have the courage to fight with life. Happiness is a state of mind and those who have a good mind set and positive thinking will never think of suicidal act. They know that life is a gift not a curse.
It’s all about conscience
Life is precious and nice.
It’s a shadow of darkness and light.
So, smile always and cheer in delight.
Remember these lines; there is no point in ending something which is for us. Dare to live life. Best of luck!
