WHAT’S NEXT: Company plans to continue operating all properties and keep current staffing levels. Plans to ask judge for permission to keep paying employees, honor customer loyalty programs and pay vendors. Tropicana in Atlantic City being offered to potential buyers as required by state law. New owner could be selected within a few weeks. Tropicana Entertainment appealing denial of casino license.
