# Visiting endangered places does make one appreciate the natural world and its importance to us, and at this point in time in the earth's history it's very important.
Yes # It's about the world being spoiled and the impulse of the tourism industry to sell us on getting there before it is too late, before other people spoil it.
# We feel we make a positive influence through fees, purchases and contributions as tourists but it's unfortunate that in our pursuit of doing that, we actually contribute to the problem due to the way we traveled there.
