How diabolically evil this miscreant would have been to tie rubber bands round the neck of a stray dog. The creature who trusts humans and naturally would have trusted this man to go near him and allowed him to put rubber bands round his body.
It happened in Shivkunj Society in Ghatlodia in Ahemdabad. They have a stray dog named Shera whom everyone feeds and takes care of. He does not belong to anyone but the whole society is his family.
On Saturday Shera was howling with pain on the terrace, on closer examination it was found that some depraved character had put rubber bands round his neck and when they started choking him after inflicting deep bleeding wounds he started howling with pain.
Immediately the animal rescue centre was called and they took Shera away, after an operation to cut away the rubber bands which fortunately did not cut his veins and eighteen stitches later Shera is recuperating he is still on liquid diet.
It seems that stray dogs are at the receiving end because miscreants have killed three stray dogs recently. What is horrifying is the pain poor dog who cannot communicate in human language is tortured in this inhumanly manner.He does not have hands with which he could have removed the death clamps.
What sadistic pleasure that miscreant had got from doing such a deed is beyond comprehension.What if he would have been on the receiving end?
