The Truth About War Against Iraq

Muslims have always been condemned for their wish to dominate the world by spreading Islam all over the globe; something that I myself ( A Muslim who likes to be perceived as a religious one) condemn Muslims for due to personal beliefs concerning who Islam was and wasn't sent to –an idea that I believe my fellow Muslims do not agree with me about-.

However, I received an email today with the interesting Arabic title which could be translated into: The Truth About War Against Iraq… and as some of you might have noticed how I feel about this subject, I opened the e-mail very quickly to find out if there is anything new for me in there. The e-mail only had a youtube address in, which I pressed to watch. The video was of a news report prepared by a German channel and discussed the support that was given to president Bush by a group of religionists to go into the war against Iraq. The report is in German language, but has Arabic subtitles, and it could be found http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5dt-WREldg&feature=player_embedded. It contained interviews with members of the American forces as well as missionaries who all talked proudly about their plans in Iraq.

I was intrigued to read more into the subject, and so I did a google search to confirm the news. I found many reports discussing the same issue, which you could find through googling a combination of keywords in this article –not rocket science: P-

Here's part of an interesting and to-the-point article of what is happening there:

"They go into Iraq as aid workers in Disguise or as American Private Contractors working in Iraq. Many of these people have been given support and Protection from American Generals in Iraq by providing them Housings in Americans Bases in Iraq to work from. When ever the American Military goes into a Village or a Town in search and destroy Mission these missionaries follow them and hand out Pamphlets promoting Christianity and also Also Anti-islamic material to the helpless Muslims in Iraq. Many of them follow the American Military as well in their rutine Night raids where the American Soldiers Kills or detains Muslim males from the families, Iraq is a traditional Society and most of the Support a family recieves is from the Male, and once there is no Male gaurdian for the Family the family does not have a chance for survival. Many Muslim Women and families are being taken advantagae of by these American Christians, since they provide them with food and Shelter or Money in Exchange for the Bible and Christianity the most Vulnerable of these families are Muslim women with children whos husbands and Sons have been killed or been detained by the Americans. These Muslim families have no other place to provide for themselves its either the missionaries and there is always a Danger for Prostitution for survival. Unfortantetly Islamic aid Organizations are not allowed to work from Iraq since they would be labled as Terrorists and Killed, or detained by the American Military. Many of these Islamic Aid Organization have completely abonded their work in Iraq."

So, I guess that after all, there is another reason for the American invasion of Iraq other than the oil. Now the sarcasm lies in the fact that: America was fueled after 9/11 events into invading Iraq and stopping the so-called Muslim terrorists from dominating the world using Saddam's weapons of mass destruction (which were never found by the way) -or, it could be explained in other ways, yet using the same words put in different order-, and now they seem to be trying to dominate the world by spreading their own religious beliefs.

Shame on you, shame on everyone who supported Bush into the Iraqi war, shame on everyone who thinks it is OK to kill another soul in the name of God. Shame on everyone who has no decency to act the words they preach.
