Who will save the police. There is a famous saying, no one can save the boat which the boatman wants to sink.
This is what is happening in Bengal where Ms Mamta Banerjee (who else?) has threatened to gherao the police headquarters for having the audacity to arrest the brother of a TMC corporator for storming a police station & torching 5 police vehicles.
I wonder if there is called law in the country I also wonder why there is no mass protest (do not want a bandh against bandh though).
The ruling CPM is in a catch 22 situation damn if they act damn if they don’t. I am sure use of force will lead to bloodshed leading to a spate of bandhs & destruction of public property with impunity.
The ruling left front has used brazen use of force for long & now they are getting a test of their own medicine. The victim of course is the public when elephants fight rats get trampled. I am desperately trying to find a hole large safe enough to hide. Please let me find one else I will shut my eyes & pretend that the problem does not exists.
God help me & other fellow residents of the city of joy (oops bandhs) there is no joy left now. The life has become a big mockery.
