Taken for a fake ride
Taking a flight for business or pleasure purpose has become a way of life today. The traveling time has reduced and time saved for other important issues. Flying a plane does not come easy and the pilots have a huge responsibility. But in India the issue of fake pilots and fake license does not come as a surprise.

The people have been truly taken for a ride. There are almost 50 pilots who have fake license and number is growing. What comes as a surprise is the fact that all of the pilots are from our national flight carrier- Air India. To manipulate the law and get fake license is just ridiculous and heart breaking. The malpractice was in the cards for many years. Director General of civil aviation is mum about the whole issue. This would not have gone unnoticed. It is collusion between the DGCA and fake license holders.
Passi, a lady who has been flying for many years is a daughter of the director of the air safety. She failed in the test conducted in flight school in US and she was not recommended for flying. This is absolute nepotism and unacceptable. The government is turning a blind eye in this issue. Just ask the minister of civil aviation Vylar Ravi, he would just say “the law will take its course” the life of the passenger is but at the hands to pilots who failed test. How can such things be tolerated.
This happens only in India. Pilots having fake pilots have gone into hiding. The government must not be complacent in such matters. No one but able and qualified pilots should be given the green signal to fly. Government should take severe action against the guilty and set an example; otherwise it would be mockery of life
