A 12-year-old boy was strangulated to death allegedly by his mother and her paramour in Kabaraut village here, police said today. Sonu, who was against the illicit relationship between his mother Prabha and Sandeep, had found the two in a compromising position, they said.

Prabha was arrested yesterday, while her lover Sandeep is still absconding, police said, adding the rope used to strangulate the boy has been recovered.
What is fault of the boy? She may gave birth of the child, but did she has the right to kill him? Is there no crime to keep illicit relationship for woman, particularly when she is mother of child?
