Height of depravity, a single mother who is 36 years old and has a son, seduced a 12 year old boy and had sex with him for nearly 10 months and kept a record of act which came to nearly 200 times!
Angela Sullivan who is facing 10 charges of child abuse seduced the boy by plying him with alcohol and performing a sex act on him, the court was told in her Middlesbrough home for the first time, than the sordid affair went on for nearly ten months and Angela used to send her own boy to his grandparents home.
She used to mark with a star each encounter in her diary.
Sullivan even bought the youngster a pair of trainers as a reward when the pair slept together for the 100th time, Teesside Crown Court heard.
The shocking issue came to light when there were rumours about Angela being pregnant and also the boy boasted of his affair in internet chatrooms to his friends.
When police arrested Sullivan in October, they found a diary filled with childish entries and 191 stars to mark each encounter.
She initially denied having sex with the boy and tried to explain away some of her diary entries - such as 'Angela loves (the boy's name)' - as innocent scribblings.
But when she appeared in court yesterday, Sullivan admitted ten specimen charges of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity - one for each month of the affair.
Her case was adjourned and Sullivan was remanded in custody so psychiatric and probation reports can be drawn up. There are strong chances that she will be on sex-offenders register and can be jailed indefinitely for the protection of public.
She is a mother herself and a mother behaving in such a repulsive way is shocking to say the least.The moral issue,and what is wrong and what is right has been clearly has no meaning for this female.Sent behind bars for life may or may not make her repentant but at least other children will be safe and for that boy pity is the only emotion which I feel for him. His whole life, his innocence has been destroyed by lust of a woman,he may not be able to lead a normal life ever.
