Saudi Arabia Bans Trafficking In Women
So Saudi Arabia has decided that even it has limits tolerance when its comes to the debasement of women. The illiterate King has officially outlawed the trafficking of women...in the 21st century. He is most wise and progressive. Who knows? Maybe next week he will ban "honor" killings.
In this country where women cannot drive, where they must remain always covered in public, and where a widow in her 70s was recently sentenced to dozens of lashes and months in jail all because she was in the private company of her nephew and his friend whom stopped by to deliver bread; but nonetheless it is good to know that trafficking is now banned. At least that is something. Or is it?

Normal Saudis could never traffic in women. It is well-known that the sex trade in Saudi Arabia existed for the pleasure of the ugly, sex-crazed princes. They are the ones who run the trafficking. Is the royal family going to crackdown on its own corruption. Not bloody likely, as the British would say.
Make no mistake. The Saudi King is just trying to improve his image. He hosts inter-faith conferences but his state-sanctioned clerics denounced Jews as innately morally bankrupt and always call Christians "salabeen" [Crusaders]. And prevents women from driving but then feigns concern for those trafficked by his own nephews.
Trafficking will not end in Saudi Arabia. In the rare chance that an average Saudi does it, he will be prosecuted, by the mafia of traffickers will continue to abuse women for the sadistic pleasures. A Saudi prince was once reported to have bitten of the breast of a woman [I think this took place in Morocco where a lot of Saudis own homes, but I do not precisely the location]. Do not be fooled by this grotesque monarchy.
