Reading Time: Dr. Bjorn Lomborg

POLITICS. .

It’s really something happens non-stop around if even the most democratically-operating world press de-facto limited commenting of its publications by imposing time limits on submissions, or simply technical clinches customarily occur preventing the reader’s responding.

Yeah, these assumptions had been initiated much prior to a recent UK royal wedding-linked stream of publications and collated not-exclusively-from by-many-being-traditionally-assumed-as-lesser-communicative post-communist zone editions, but even sometimes with attempts to reach the last citadel of freedom of expression the US on-line publications still remain after 9/11.

Well, no overconfidence in own necessity the world to delight, but a recent impossibility to respond in OPINION COMMENTS kindly arranged in Washington Post for a sole reason just mentioned above triggers very much this contribution because Prof. Bjorn Lomborg of the Copenhagen Consensus Center works could not for sure be left outside Instablogs pages.

Myself, after being at the time, as one could say, panished for "The X-Challenge" initially, I was amused with his Sceptical Environmentalist not-so-advertised in post-Kyoto-save-the-planet-pre-Copenhagen hysteric environment, and a recent “Hold the accolades on China’s ‘green leap forward” is even a bigger blasphemy by both denying a “man-made planet change” faith and, one could once again say, manifesting a complete disrespect to a myth of “clean technologies” spread by some in self-proclaimed “green know-how” sanctuaries simply consuming vital for even “advanced enviro-friendly processes” necessary components-thingamajigs produced at and imported from the pollution-spreading foreign plants sustaining a significant part of a “developing world carbon-decreasing inactivity”.

Is export of own pollution something new to date?
