Dabur Vatika Miss Nepal 2008 was said to be organized on Army Officers Club on last Saturday, but event couldn't take place. The event was cancelled for the moment. By this, Miss Nepal competition was postponed for 6 times. This is the first incident of cancellation of 15 years Miss Nepal competition.
Maoist and other forty organizations were protesting against Miss Nepal Competition presenting 19 arguments. The last cancellation was caused because of the security related letter of the government. Maoists were claiming that Miss Nepal Competition can't measure the natural beauty. But ex-award winners and competitors are claiming that this is against the human rights.
Maoist and its sister organizations are continuing their objection towards the Miss Nepal Competition after leading the nation, too. China, Mao's country has already organized Miss World Competition and approved the contest but his follower Maoists are protesting to the contest, what do you think?
