Human value is less felt among the people of India. The people on the wheels especially the youngsters due to their reckless driving defiant disregards for dangers and catastrophe leading usually irremediable ruin and misfortune to their family members. A visit to any neurological blocks of any leading hospitals, there will be common sight young women about to be widowed, with a children in the arms praying God to bring back the comatose husbands to life. Now who will solve the state of difficulty called as “the problem”, and who is incapable in avoiding such a death, the man’s only sweet property. Can we call whether it is an imprudence of Man, Government or an act of destiny?
