Magnitude-4.0 quake shakes city east of L.A.

A magnitude-4.0 earthquake has hit east of Los Angeles, but authorities say there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
The U.S. Geological Survey says the temblor occurred around 7:15 a.m. Monday and was centered 2 miles east of Loma Linda in San Bernardino County.
The city has a population of 21,000 and is home to Loma Linda University and Medical Center.
