Lee Mealer, 77, murdered by court appointed fiduciary

This all began when 77 year old active and healthy Lee Mealer and his son (who was acting as caretaker and got along great as father and son) were living in an apartment complex in Mesa, Arizona.

Lee met a neighbor lady who decided that the son should not be in the picture since she was smitten with Lee. She proceded to do what she could to force the son to move away and finally began calling the mesa PD, the sherrif, the Adult Protective Services and whomever else she was told by nosey neighbors she should call.

The state and county and apt complex had finally 'had enough'... They decided to simply grab Lee Mealer and put him into a "home." The smitten old lady lost out too, as did the son and the rest of the family. Two brothers then went and removed Lee from this "3-somewhat-hots-and-an-actual-cot" shabby place and brought Lee back to the apt. Lee was fine, but had gone a couple of weeks with really bad food and he was weak. Keep in mind, Lee was eating all sorts of great food cooked by both the smitten lady and Lee's son and even his daughter who often brought over prepared meals for both father and son.

Lee rebounded but the smitten lady wanted him to herself and called APS again in June and Lee was forcefully removed and locked into a home from whence he would never escape. He was the active healthy resident who helped the old people get around and go on short summer trips and such for the next two months. meaning he was the only healthy one of the Mesa Chrsitain Care Center!

Suddenly in walks Karen Deville, one of those pro-Obamacare supporters who believes that old people either ought to be dying or dead. She petitioned the court for custodianship aka "Fiduciary" control over Lee Mealer and challenged the family to prove they either had the banked funds for health care or a valid insurance policy for Lee Mealer. Without it, the judge would rule for Karen Deville 602-506-5842 and did as the state appointed her as state/county Fiduciary over Leamon Mealer in September 2009.

As reported by the nurses and doctors, the newly appointed fiuciary without medical training or experience Karen Deville 602-506-5842 then had Lee taken off of solid foods and put onto pudding, ice cream and other foods that Lee Mealer would never eat in the first place. As his weight and health declined rapidly, Karen Deville 602-506-5842 had Lee's rations cut in half.

Lee's health went downhill as he begged for food and water and utlimately wound up in the hospital when Karen Deville 602-506-5842 put him on a non resucitate order and had feeding tubes and IVs removed. Leamon Mealer spent the last two weeks of his life begging for food and water with the nurses under order not to feed or gove water or otherwise hydrate him.

Karen Deville gave these orders and smuggly believes she did the right thing under the guise of End of Life death) via her vision of Obamacare.

This was all held confidential and kept from the family and only the smitten old lady had any clue as to what was happening. Sure, the family could have called every week, but the holidays were coming up and plans for the big family get together were being put in place. No one int heir right mind could fathom another human being treated this way by anyone, including the murdering fiduciary Karen Deville 602-506-5842. Has Obamacare already started? We know for a fact that Karen Deville is a huge proponent of Obama and the Obamacare system or as we can see, the weeding out of the elderly who take up space and cost the government money.

How do I know this is 100% true and correct? Well... being the only son of Leamon Mealer who was there at the time to sign as being responsible for feeding him after his body was starved and dehydrated to death via Karen Deville's orders... I was there. Sure, I failed in coming up with a huge bank acct or an ins policy to provide proof that we could maintain "fiduciary" powers for my dad, but I certainly did not starve and dehydate my own father.

The family had no idea Lee Mealer was this close to death or a walking deadman as the term could be applied. No amount of mouth fed food or water would have saved him, but an IV and feeding tube would have.

We would gladly of had Lee Mealer living with our brother being fed as he was the day he was kidnapped by the state/county and put into the death camp. This was not some feeble old man, but a strong man with dimentia and yet a grand appetite until the state needed to feed it and Karen Deville stepped in and saved the state, county, federal gov't a few bucks a week...

Looks like the MEALER FAMILY has an open chair and an empty plate this Thanksgiving. I lost my appetite, so now we have two. Please ignore my typos... I'm not planning to re-read this.
