Lawyer: Spears 'not yet fit' to take part in case

Britney Spears is not yet fit to participate in court proceedings in her conservatorship case, her lawyer has told a Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner.
Samuel Ingham, Spears’ court-appointed attorney, and attorneys for the pop star’s father and conservator, James Spears, spent 90 minutes in Commissioner Reva Goetz’ chambers Thursday.
Ingham told the court afterward that Spears’ medical condition is “fluid” because her treatment is changing.
Spears’ probate case is scheduled to go to trial July 31, but Ingham said it could be “harmful” for her to participate. Goetz agreed and said Spears’ diagnosis is not complete.
The 26-year-old singer and her estate have been under the conservatorship of her father for four months.

Good to see a piece of information about Britney hitting insta after a small gap for otherwise it is always Britney and her once best friend Paris flocking it all. Of late Amy Winehouse has quite become popular but of all three Britney is probably doing the best with not trying to hog up publicity for everything silly these days. Guess her fathers conservatorship is working well for the forsaken star.

This looks like a move in the right direction. Britney needs time and lots of it. Though she deserves lot of what she got, I still feel a wee bit sympathetic for her as she has gone through a tremendous lot in the 26 years of her existence.

She is the best example of a ruined career .Imagine Madonna still doing that Thic-tac-Thic at 50. The likes of Amy and LiLo should take heed from Britney’s career to stop themselves from getting ruined and also take inspiration from Madonna. You need to have the zest to excel to thrive for a long duration and Britney despite having the talent didn’t have that zest, which is why we see her struggling at the age of 26.

I really think that fate and luck has been hard on Britney. Imagine a talented singer going down the drains like this. Its not acceptable at all. I really wish that she takes time, lots of it, if really needed and comes out of her troubled past(or present) and heads towards a better future and career.
