One of the outcomes of this operation from the Taliban side is targeting people related to government. Target killing, attacks on army personnel, and now people related to education sector.

They recently kidnapped Lutfullah Kakakhel, the VC of KUST (Kohat University of Science and Technology) last week from Darra. This created grave concerns in the education sector regarding the security of university officials. This is a serious matter and government should take concrete steps to stop any such thing from happening in future.
