Kidnapped brother of ex- Attorney General claims sister worked with the Juarez Cartel
The Mexican drug war took a bizarre turn on Monday when a video surfaced with the kidnapped brother of an ex-prosecutor claiming - at gunpoint - she was in bed with the Juarez Cartel.

Mario Gonzalez identified himself as working for La Linea, a street gang affiliated with the Juarez cartel. He said he worked as a liaison between the cartel and the attorney general's office.
The clip, briefly posted on YouTube, showed Mario Gonzalez handcuffed in a chair, surrounded by five masked, armed men. Gonzalez, who was kidnapped last week, is the brother of Patricia Gonzalez, who stepped down Oct. 3 as attorney general of the blood-drenched border state of Chihuahua.
In the video, he blamed his sister for several notorious slayings, including the 2008 murder of the Juarez crime reporter, Armando "el Choco" Rodriguez.
He said his sister had protected La Linea, a street gang with links to the Juarez cartel, which is locked in a turf battle with the Sinaloa cartel.
Patricia Gonzalez, told the Milenio newspaper she is "convinced" that corrupt police and others are trying to exact revenge on her for sending some of them to jail.
Officials said they could not comment on whether the claim might be true but suggested an investigation was underway.
The video wasn't the first forced confession released by the drug thugs, but Patricia Gonzalez is the highest-ranking official targeted in the intimidation campaign.
She was the top prosecutor during Chihuahua's bloodiest period - with some 6,500 people killed in the border city of Ciudad Juarez alone.
