Kasab, capital punishment and the failed Indian justice and democratic system
Ajmal Kasab will be hanged till death - ruled the judge. The same judgment was given by some other judge in Afzal Guru's case. So it doesn't really make any big difference if Kasab gets the capital punishment or not. The question is not whether he'll be hanged or not, but WHEN?!!

When the terrorists can bomb the shit out of our parliament and still get VIP treatment (with our funds) by our FAILED system, what should we expect from Kasab's verdict? I guess Afzal Guru is enjoying the nation-funded party since last 8 or 9 years!!
We believe in the ideology of "Nation above all", and surprisingly, THE PRESIDENT IS STILL BUSY THINKING ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF CLEMENCY FOR AFZAL GURU!! Even if we ask ourselves the question whether the lives of the 166 people killed in the Mumbai terrorist attack (and the sentiments of their relatives) is more precious than the pride of our nation - or whether Taj Mahal Hotel is more important than the Indian Parliament House - it's not going to help much.
We can only make patriotic movies and yell our lungs out that we'll gouge the eyes off anyone (that includes any person or nation, including our own neighbor Pakistan) who casts a bad eye on our nation, but when it comes to flinging the axe and killing the enemy, we are either busy sharpening the axe or mending the handle. We simply can't do anything more than that, because our system is RUSTED!!
I know my article might end up looking like a loosely-knit one without a proper conclusion, but that's the exact message I want to give out to all. Because... that's what's happening with the Indian system. LOOSELY-KNIT AND WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF A CONCLUSION!
