Joy Of Childbirth

It is rightly said that our kids are our future. For a female, giving birth to her first child is like the most divine thing in the universe. It is an amazing experience, almost it is like the lady has got a second birth after child birth.

After the newborn arrives in the family, everyone is overjoyed and finds some or the other kind of relation with the kid; someone becomes father, someone grand-pa, grand-ma, uncle, aunt and so on…I mean the exhaustive list of relations. But the most important..obviously the mother, is associated with the new-born since the moment she conceived and was growing the foetus in her womb. Her food or any kind of intake was being shared with the foetus, so were being shared her happiness and sorrows. Therefore a new born child apparently seems to be someone new to a mother as well, but the reality is that the baby is around nine months old to a mother.

The first time mother welcomes her bundle of joy since the first day she comes to know about its existence within herself. Everything around becomes so colorful and dreamy, that the whole life takes a new meaning, be it home, relations, career, finances, pampering herself and so many more things.

At times, we sacrificing ladies neglect our choices and liking for the sake of others; but when expecting, not to deny ourselves of anything we wish to have right from food to other enjoyment, at least for the sake of the one to be born.

With every regular check-up and hearing of the foetus heartbeat, the fondness and association grows. Even the position of the lying foetus is well seen through sonography….thanks to technology.

Now let us shift our gaze towards the first time fathers…who actually take some time to sink the fact of being a would-be-father. Later after the child is born, whatever gender they would have wished to have, that entire wish flies once the innocent, helpless face is seen in case the other gender child is born; on the contrary, the wish is well fulfilled if the preferred gender arrives. So, any of the situations proves to be a win-win situation. The desire of being called ‘papa’ is in itself so saturating that other trivial things have no place to crop-up.

With the new addition to family, whatever you do, you decide, you strive for, all seems to be for the sake of the baby, your bundle of joy. Reality is that you also go back to your childhood with your baby and try to do for her what you yourself liked as a child, and not to deprive her of what you were deprived.

With the most tender feeling for the divine newborn, lets congratulate all the would-be parents and new parents!!
