Is USDA covering up human mad cow death?
POLITICS.
Helane Shields.
A 38-year old former slaughterhouse worker, Irma Linda Andablo, died February 6, 2010 of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease in Texas. The US Government may be covering up the death and has released no information or test results revealing whether the victim actually had variant CJD from exposure to "brain mist", spines, brains, etc. at the abattoir.

If the victim died of variant CJD, this would indicate BSE infected cattle are being processed at the slaughterhouse, contrary to USDA assurances there is no "mad cow" disease in the US.
