Is Tiger Woods scandal more a media gimmick than a real issue?
Revelations about Woods' private life began emerging after he crashed his car outside his home in Florida. After that, Tiger Woods story continues to evolve and escalate more and more and more women have come into the fray claiming they've had affairs with the golf great. On the other side, it helped many websites to earn more and more money. Even Yahoo head, Miss Bartz, said that Tiger Woods sex scandal has been "better than Michael Jackson dying" for helping websites make money and will "absolutely" help Yahoo hit its targets for this quarter. Does this mean the whole episode is more of a media gimmick than a matter of great concern as it’s been portrayed? Has media exploited Woods’ stardom to intrude in and exaggerate his personal life to an extant to make as much money as possible?
