Is the political leadership of India inc confused, indecisive or weak?

Is the political leadership of India Inc confused, indecisive or weak? Kabhi haan kabhi naa (sometimes ‘yes’ sometimes ‘No’). This is what I can say about Telangana issue so much in news. The issue is simmering for the last 60 years but did not have much support even in recent elections. Its proponents lost political ground. Agreed it was one of the poll promises, but politicians are known to easily commit without any intention to keep their words.

For no apparent reason, unnecessary political mileage was given to the worthy going on fast. While succumbing to the Gandhian blackmail, its consequences were well known. Maybe government intentionally agreed to prove that the issue has sufficient opposition. Well, whatever be the reason the TPR of UPA has come down with this apart from stoking many new fires/impetuous to old demands. No one likes/respects a weak, confused or indecisive leadership. I for one am keeping my fingers crossed.
