India's division over terrorism
Worst terror attack hit Assam this time, Nowadays terrorism has become household topic to debate continuous blasts in country especially recent Delhi blasts made us to think seriously over it. We have been facing Pakistan supported terrorism since 1947 on the name of “Aajadi of Kashmir”.

First it was seen only in Kashmir but now in whole country despite this we have completely failed to combat terrorism. Screeching again and again that Pakistan is a “Terror hub” we couldn’t turn the world in our favor on practical grounds. And now the home based terrorism is scowling at us in the form of SIMI and Indian Mujahidin although we know that these groups are supported and financed by Pakistan. After having been recognized as terror place on international lever it doesn’t want its name to come out again. The increased activities of these groups in past two years created such atmosphere to suspect Muslim community with abhorrence.
India is known for its diversity in culture, language or religion. This diversity made us proud for our love, respect and tolerance to each other. But terrorists have become successful in their objective to divide us. The plight of distance between Hindus and Muslims has never been so worst. We held responsible Pakistan for terror activities in our country but are we not responsible for domestic terror network which has set its feet deeply? Even educated people are conducting these acts. This abominable era started after demolition of Babri Masjid and Gujarat riots add fuel to this fire.
It made Muslim community completely insecure. How can one feel safe when accusations of involvement of Chief Minister Narendra Modi, his government, police, and judiciary all come out? Godhra incident was heinous but in spite of punishing culprits people were incited to revenge killing 1000 people. And now anger and retaliation for this is coming out in the form of terrorism.
People who suffered can’t get justice as politicized reports of Nanavati and Banerjee have many contradictions. Politics even didn’t let Jamia Nagar’s encounter making it perplexed. Then how can we unite our nation and end terrorism when our great leaders are themselves sowing it for their personal aspirations.
Apart from Muslims, 2% minority of Christians is also not safe. Their churches and houses are being burnt. Women are raped; people are killed in Orissa, Jharkhand, and Karnataka. No one can stop Bajrang Dal, VHP as BJP has government in these states and these scaremongers are free to do everything. Surprisingly, so called secular Congress has not done anything. It is the most passive government ever. SIMI and Bajrang Dal are equivalent; both are the names of terror. No law and order seems to be in the country. To meet their demands people can block roads damaging public property, killing people. The resilience towards violence has increased. Our great politicians are “Traitors”; they use the policy of divide and rule in their own country.
Either Muslim or Christian no one is secure and these saffron brigades present the wrong image of Hindu religion which is known for its resilience. Naxal terrorism is active in North-east and on the other hand interestingly Raj Thackeray gives the new definition of terrorism disrespecting national language and dividing nation on the bases of caste and territory.
Hence, it is waste of time to say that politicians should stop dividing people. Only we can make difference to stop hatred feelings and develop trust and love to each other.
