India Govt promoting prostitution; but only long term!
Before I jump into the core of this article let me explain a little bit about Indian laws.

Section 2 (f) of THE IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT 1956 states"Prostitution" means the sexual exploitation or abuse of persons for commercial purposes, and the expression "prostitute" shall be construed accordingly;
Although prostitution is absolutely legal all over India, it is restricted in some places as mentioned in section 7 of the aforementioned Act, which says Prostitution in or in the vicinity of public places are punishable.
Anyone who has got the elementary education can understand 'commercial' means anything involved with money or an activity done in order to make money. Don’t think that I stopped my lecture on law and started English lecture. You will understand the reason why I explained the word commercial when you look at the Acts mentioned below
The Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956
Section 18. Maintenance of wife.- (1) Subject to the provisions of this section, a Hindu wife, whether married before or after the commencement of this Act, shall be entitled to be maintained by her husband during her life time.Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, Section 125
Section (1) If any person leaving sufficient means neglects or refuses to maintain-
(a) His wife, unable to maintain herself
The Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005
Section 24. Monetary reliefs.
Subsection 1(d) the maintenance for the aggrieved person as well as her children, if any, including an order under or in addition to an order of maintenance under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) or any other law for the time being in force.
Subsection (2) The monetary relief granted under this section shall be adequate, fair and reasonable and consistent with the standard of living to which the aggrieved person is accustomed.
Based on the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 if wife wants to have sex and husband refuses for any reason that is considered to be sexual abuse because that humiliates, degrades or otherwise violates the dignity of woman. As per this Act isn’t India government forcing men to do sex and commercialize by forcing men to pay for it based on HAMA, 1956 or CrPC 125? Doesn’t that mean India Government is considering every married woman as defined in Section 2 (f) of THE IMMORAL TRAFFIC (PREVENTION) ACT?
