Human heads left with ingredients used to make Mexican Stew
At 2:00 pm Monday, police authorities in Tepic, Nayarit reported the grisly discovery of two human heads on a bridge leading out to Mazatlan, between Highway 15 and the Tepic-Villa Union toll road.

The heads were found in two tubs containing hominy, vegetables and other products that are used to prepare and accompany a traditional Mexican stew-like dish known as pozole. Also included were tostadas, hot sauce, two liters of Coca Cola, paper plates and spoons.
Additionally, said authorities, the humans heads were displayed with cigarettes in their mouths.
Two narco messages were left at the scene as well as additional writings on the paper plates and inside the tubs. Authorities have yet to disclose the content of the messages.
At this time, the two men have not been identified and no arrests have been made.
