Please be aware - Mr Hazare's demands were agreed with the ruling party and the opposition parties left with no choice. This was a situation that couldn't have been avoided.
Having not listened to Hazare's request, things would have gone haywire because they would have to face the Indian public on the full rampage and anything could have happened.
So, these ministers were too wise and intelligent not to disturb a hornet's nest but flow alongwith public's sentiments.
Every minister knows that this outrage will settle sooner like the dust. So going with every citizen's voices they had no option but to co-operate and support this policy.
Remember my words - "Corruption would still continue - Strategies will change, it would become more difficult tracing them now onwards because they would have known what could be the vulnerable areas which could be targetted and might have already started out with new plannings to make it FoolProof".
All the deals would happen out of office - may be somewhere in the hotels, farm houses and restaurants or in the dark area away in the outskirts of the city.
Just notice - time will tell, habbit of taking bribes would never go because that is the only short cut towards prosperity.
Making fast bucks out of hefty bribes is the easiest way to make riches.
Dear Readers, do you still think it would make a difference.
Only, the past scams could be opened up and catch hold of the big bribers of the country.
New and wise practitioners will start employing different techniques and things would still go on.
They may not ask openly now on, but there are people who want to get their projects approved by hook or crook will still make their urge stronger by giving an open offer and these could be settled outside government offices and things would start in terms of hard cash.
So, I believe Corruptions is going to stay irrespective of the efforts. On the contrary, we have shut down doors of catching hold of bribers because they would take more care.
What we achieved in this fight towards corruption is the might of Mr Hazare all alone fighting for the one and only cause Corruption. He went on fasting and had sympathies from the entire nation because, no one wants a person to sacrifice his life for the nation.
Mr. Hazare has become a big hero - Second Gandhi in the making - Got a policy working - but how far this would continue - things would settle down very fast.
This act will not at all support the nation's cause but corruptions getting nurtured out of office much stronger.
