Police in central Pennsylvania say a gospel singer was critically injured in a crash that killed his wife and a wrong-way driver.
A hospital spokesman says the Rev. Timothy Wright was injured Friday night along with his 14-year-old grandson, D.J. Wright.
State police say 58-year-old Betty Wright of Roosevelt, N.Y., died in the three-vehicle crash on Interstate 80. The driver of the car that was going the wrong way also died.
Timothy Wright’s latest album, “Jesus, Jesus, Jesus,” came out last year.
Geisinger Medical Center says a passenger in the third vehicle is in fair condition.
