Going back to my roots.... as I watch Ocampo and the Six

POLITICS. .

Will I get someone to say welcome back? or guys will sneer at me wondering where the hell has she been for such a long time?.

Anyway I have been up and down with school work which was quite tight but now my hands are a bit free.

I can also see the Kenyan page was last updated how many months ago? (I seem to have lost count.)

Honestly, I am so happy to do this again after such a long time, I hope to catch up with the likes of Pooja, Sukhmani, Vijay, John, Oscar,Ankit, the list is endless...these are just a few.

It sounds like a long night in the cold and you finally get someone to offer a place and a cup of coffee and a warm place to sleep. (You must be wondering what all this means) Yes, I mean exactly that I am happy to be here once again and expressing my thoughts with words that no one has censored...or even replaced with some lighter thing that doesn't really communicate what I wanted.

I can drop any serious word without caring who is around or what they will think, they can only read and maybe respond via comments which is good because I will know people read this blog.

A lot has been happening in Kenya but of course most has emanated from the infamous Post Election Violence. Come to think of it, IDPs are still in camps and here we are again facing another election.

Judging from what has been happening, a prayerful Kenyan can only go on their knees and ask God not to take us back to the moment.

And by the way, for of you who thought this guy who itches at bringing higher and mighty down was joking...his name is Ocampo (THE ICC PROSECUTOR- had to spell this in caps for emphasis) must have been damn wrong. By the way he took time educating Kenyans on how serious he was but honestly especially the suspects, thought the man blows hot air all the time.

We once thought whoever came up with- LET'S NOT BE VAGUE AND GO THE HAGUE must have been a serious philosopher with a fat academic file and other credentials that only those whom we think God created while in good mood have.

By the way it came to pass, vague has never been Kenyan. The suspects are in The Hague.

I hope someone like William R, he is on record saying "we want our cases to be taken to ICC since we are sure at least out files will be opened in 1990 (assuming the world would be history by then then or maybe none of us would be living)"

Another one -Uhuru K said "Kari kwa nyina nituguthie kuu tugetetere " (Does he(Raila) think ICC is his mother's place, we will go there and present our case.

None of those named minced words over the matter that has now become a platform for political alliances and many other such like ties. It is only at such a moment, enemies share a bed with, and at least afford to do other things.

Anyway, we are now glued to our screens and the Internet to catch up with Ocampo and His six. The prosecution for Kenyan case starts tomorrow(Thursday)...At least we weren't vague..
