Glenn Beck's Antisemitic Attacks Against George Soros
Fox News conspiracy nut and high school dropout Glenn Beck thinks he's the only one warning America about the impending danger from Marxists and other nefarious types who want to destroy the republic [sic].
His new target is billionaire philanthropist George Soros. A child of the Holocaust, Beck dedicated a three-part, three-hour special to 'uncover' the ostensibly sordid influence, nay control, Soros exercises in America.
Beck spoke about Soros as the "puppet master" and a financier (Soros made his money in currency trading) who "collapses regimes". It was hallmark antisemitism: the portrayal of a Jewish financier being responsible for causing mayhem around the world and all in the name of his own profit: "Soros has helped fund the ‘Velvet Revolution’ in the Czech Republic, the “Orange Revolution” in the Ukraine, the “Rose Revolution” in Georgia. He also helped to engineer coups in Slovakia, Croatia and Yugoslavia," Beck told his audience.
Soros is "The International Jew" to borrow the title of the grossly antisemitic book by Henry Ford. As if to preempt the inevitable cries of antisemitic, Beck repeated throughout the show that he is a defender of Israel (as if one cannot be pro-Zionist and antisemitic) and that Soros is not only not a fan of Israel (which is true, Soros does not consider himself inclined to Jewish nationalism) but Soros is actually antisemitic. Beck's evidence? When Soros was hiding in Nazi-occupied Europe and posing as a Catholic he went along with his Catholic "parents" (a Catholic couple hid him during the war) and saw Jews being kicked out of their home. Here's who beck explained that period: "Soros was asked if he felt guilt at all about taking the property from the Jews as a teenager. He responded, no."
This is, of course, bullshit. Here's the context of Soros' No answer which was in an interview with 60Minutes:
KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews.
Mr. SOROS: Yes. That's right. Yes.
KROFT: I mean, that's--that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?
Mr. SOROS: Not -- not at all. Not at all. Maybe as a child you don't -- you don't see the connection. But it was--it created no--no problem at all.
KROFT: No feeling of guilt?
Mr. SOROS: No.
KROFT: For example that, 'I'm Jewish and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there. I should be there.' None of that?
Mr. SOROS: Well, of course I c -- I could be on the other side or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn't be there, because that was -- well, actually, in a funny way, it's just like in markets -- that if I weren't there -- of course, I wasn't doing it, but somebody else would -- would -- would be taking it away anyhow. And it was the--whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator, the property was being taken away. So the -- I had no role in taking away that property. So I had no sense of guilt.
Beck made it seem that Soros is such a self-hating Jew that he enjoyed watching it almost. But Soros said he felt no personal guilt because he had no role in taking it. He was a Jew hiding and could do not but stay silent.
Beck's image of Soros fuels antisemitic beliefs that Jews are constantly planning to undermine Christian societies, which is Beck's charge against Soros who he claims seek to destroy America.

Beck is officially beyond crazy and just pure deranged hate. And mimics Iranian state T.V. which also likes to portray Soros as an evil Jew toppling governments (in this story Soros seeks to topple the Mullah's regime):
My say: Soros is a good man who donates his money for a lot of good causes. Beck is simply trying to smear him as a dangerous, anti-American radical because so many Democratic politicians rely on his funding and hopes to make Soros' money toxic in order to undermine funding sources for liberal causes and hurt the left. Douch!
