Dear Indians I know we are happy with out sourcing jobs and now and then IT sops. A person's life is not just a half prostitute and half rake as it is happening in many BPO and IT jobs.
Sorry to mention other fields too. In our country many fields are filled with sexual exploitation. Mainly Police, Politics, Govt service, Private employment, wages etc.
In India we cant find decent place for employee. Either it’s a man or a woman. Even men are exploited. Education field too is not left out. Lecturers, students professors etc are all mixed with sex trade. This is the sorry affairs of our country. We are mainly a democratic nation. But we are influenced by west. All the foreigners are ok in their country. Here for money (simple money) we are doing such a roguery its too much to bear.
I don’t say don’t be free. Even I don’t support sexual immorality. But prostitution is the most poisonous sting, which a country can get. India has already got that in alarming rates.
I see every other woman a sex worker or related to sex trade. So surprising.
The said causes are,
1. Low incomes
2. Easy life style
Call center jobs pay better. But do you recognize that papers reported that in the call center most girls are into sex trade
Why?
Many don’t know what a call center is. There are very fewer opportunities for local call centers. And out sourcing is more. The work places are quite hep. You have to say that you are not an 'Indian' and you are a foreigner to the customer to whom you attend. To lie you have to have accent of a foreigner. So the training.
This aspect demoralizes the community. Not only that the night shift gives an opportunity to have sex. So free sex.
I say not low incomes but low moral standards do the bad. Why should we put ourselves to shame for some money?
2. Many feel there is no need to work so they become prostitutes.
The real reason is that the work places too are encouraging prostitution. I heard a lady (Ex manual laborer) Saying that the employer wont keep them if they don't have sex with him. So she chose to be a prostitute.
