From Denver to Chicago: Jay Cutler Lands as Windy City's 'Savior'!
Disgruntled quarterback, Jay Cutler was shipped out his Mile High purgatory into a colder and windier, Windy City today.

The Chicago Bears gave up a king's ransom to land the mercurial and temperamental Pro Bowler. They sent away starting quarterback, Kyle Orton, a first and third round pick in 2009 and a first round in 2010. They mortgaged their future on hoping Culter rebounds from his emotional and mental tug-of-war he had with McDaniel.
Last season, the Denver signal-caller passed for over 4,500 yards and 28 touchdowns. With a shattered, offensive line and subpar, running game, Culter led his Broncos to the deciding game against San Diego (Chargers) for the highly, competitive AFC West. He lost that game. About a week or so later, Mike Shanahan was fired as head coach.
And then, came McDaniel. The 32 year-old, offensive coordinator helped shape Tom Brady into Tom "Terrific". He also mentored rookie, Matt Cassell. Under McDaniel's tuteledge, Cassell passed fo 21 touchdowns and threw only 11 interceptions. He racked up over 3,000 passing yards total and guided the New England Patriots to an 11-5 second place finish in the AFC East.
However, Cutler wasn't his guy. The Broncos tried "shopping" the quarterback to other teams. When he discovered their ploy, Cutler refused to participate in voluntary workouts. Two weeks ago, he and his agent said that they wanted "out" of Denver. Earlier today, Broncos' owner, Pal Bolen accommodated the request.
Sports analysts, such as Detroit's Rob Parker saw Cutler as "spoiled", "thin-skinned" and "whiny". Parker named the quarterback Jay "Cut it out" Ler.
Chicagoans have called their struggling quarterbacks worse names. Culter had better be successful, or he'll be hearing them!
