A tragedy occurs in Nigeria two days back after Christmas Celebration. The news flash came up around 10.00am that our Formal Ministry President Hajiya Maryam Babangida wife was confirmed dead on Sunday 27, 2009 in USA.
According to Moslem, They said that she will be buried immediately her body arrive Nigeria. According to the news, Hajia Maryam Babangida was died of a disease called Cancer.
In a condolences massage by fellow Nigerians, Hajia Maryam Babangida was described as a pillar behind ex-President Babangida, she was also a pillar of support to the entire Babangida family and the numerous families and individuals on whose lives she impacted positively with her charity works.

In Anambra State, 2010 Governorship Party Bearers, Prof. Chukwu Osoludo of PDP, Uche Ekwunife of APP and Okey Nwosu also described her a good mother to the people of Nigerians adding that she was one of the women who worked tirelessly to improve the living conditions of women in Nigeria and Africa.
It was also said that it will be good to name an institution with her name so as to say thanks to what she has done for the people of Nigeria.
