Crews in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. have rescued two workers after a scaffolding fell at a high-rise building.

Rescuers had to rappel from the roof down the side of the building to save the two men left hanging by their safety harnesses. One worker was dangling from the 14th floor and the other from the 9th floor.

The scaffolding collapsed Wednesday afternoon. It isn’t clear why.

The workers are being evaluated by medical personnel.
