The Environmental Protection Agency is lifting a week-old ban that prevented IBM from getting new government contracts.
The ban from all new federal work stems from an $84 million Environmental Protection Agency contract the company lost last year and is protesting.
IBM says it had been served with federal grand jury subpoenas about relations between its employees and the agency.
International Business Machines Corp. says it will continue to cooperate with the EPA’s investigation into possible violations of ethical contract bidding practices.
