Enough Qathafi For One Life Please

After blaming the riots in Libya on hallucination pills, Qathafi seems to be going much more creative by sticking the charge on Al Qaeda as the supplying party of the pills in concern. Qathafi probably thinks that this would get him the west’s support, considering Al Qaeda’s history with the west.

And despite the people’s relatively quick progress in gaining control over Libyan cities, Qathafi does not seem to be getting the message (or he just prefers playing dumb), as he appeared on the 25th of February in Tripoli, and called on the people to stand by his side against those who are destroying the country, those who are using the “bad” pills. How do we rationally explain this behavior? ummm:

1) Too many “bad” action movies.

2) Psychological/emotional instability.

3) Playing dumb.

4) All of the above.

On the other hand, news reports have displayed heinous videos of Qathafi’s crimes on the Libyan streets, as well as orally reported news of videoed incidences that news channels considered as too disturbing to display on TV. The raping and killing was obviously not enough for him, as new videos show his thugs stealing bodies of protesters after shooting them dead. I could not think of anything but two explanations for such a sick act: He either wants to avoid journalists taking photos of dead bodies on his “peaceful” streets, on which he had not used any violence just yet as he said earlier, or he is doing this to deprive the dead ones’ families from having a proper burial for their lost ones.

This sick man has been ruling the country for 40+ years… Enough is enough…
