It is really shocking that in today's situation some colleges in UP have prohibited girls wearing jeans inside campus. This is simply prejudice. It cannot be accepted. Girls should get freedom in whatever they wish to wear.

While the leadership is making hue and cry for reservation, such differences still exist. Effort should be made to give equal status to women in day to day life. Talking about high dreams on reservation in Parliament and state legislatures can wait.
So far as dress code is concerned, it is a well known truth that vulgarity lies in the eyes of the beholder. Jeans is nothing wrong. Rather it shows more strength and self confidence. The way one carries herself is important.
