With Kasab already confessing his act of 26/11 , its certain that the court will give him some punishment may be death sentence. My point is would it make any difference to us? I guess no. I saw a movie New York the theme was regarding some torture cell well I was justified that these thing are not meant for interrogating suspects, it rightly against human rights. But Kasab's case is seems crystal clear, I guess India should have such torture cell for such prisoner where they are just treated as insects. I respect human and so their right but people like Kasab are no human so they don't deserve that right.
Coming to the point that within a few days trial would be over and may be the culprit would be hanged, but that's what really we want, the question is why to allow such things to happen. Does his trial would bring the lost honor to the Tajm would it bring back the lost life of dear ones. NO. I guess having such trial is a waste of time just give the man to police for investigation.
What we want is not investigation but a security that tommorow no Kasab comes to our land and create chaos, every Indian pays a part of his hard earned money to the government so that government could build a strong civic aminity system, even after paying his tax if he has a fear that he is not safe in his house I guess the amount that is paid to the government should be used by an individual for his protection.If the system does nothing I would be in no surprise that movie like A Wednesday will be a true story.
Doing these trail will not solve the issue, we should know that Kasab is just a knife we need to cut that hand that is controling that knife.
