Dharmendra and Sunny Deol summoned by court
Seventh Georgetown Metropolitan Magistrate Court has summoned Dharmendra and his son Sunny Deol to appear in court on October 11 in connection with a cheque bouncing case.

The complaint was filed by R Bhagavandoss Bajaj and is represented by his power agent, Amithkumar of Egmore.
The appellant claims that Sunny who is also one of the directors of Sunny Sounds Private Limited in Mumbai, borrowed Rs 10 lakh from Bajaj in April last year for the film 'Big Brother' and as per commitment he promised to pay the amount after the release of the film, but he failed to fulfill his promise.
And after repetitive reminders by the petitioner, Sunny issued two cheques of Rs five lakh each and the complainant deposited them in a bank in Chennai on May 14 but the cheques bounced.
In addition a legal notice to Sunny and four other directors of the firm, including Dharmendra was also sent but they didn't gave any heed to it.
Therefore, after long wait Bajaj moved to the court seeking action.Well, please don't take it poorly Sunny but if this is fact I pity on you if you even don't have this much amount.
