Consensual Sex

Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Bill, 2010 has stirred a new debate in India over the right age for consensual sex. As the bill seeks to bring down the age of sex with consent to 16 years.

The debate has left the society divided into two segments.The first of society is in favor of this bill and stating that this was the right step.The second segment of society is against the bill.

I personally against the bill because it indigestible for me or probably for all that if our new generation is not ready to marry before 35-40 of age than what is the need of permitting the consensual sex?

Our vedic literature divides the life span of a Human into four parts each of 25 years and the first 25 years are devoted for the mental and physical growth.If we permit the cosensual sex it will certainly cause the mental and physical illness and several advers effect on the society.

In a country like India where still the parents are not able to treat their children as a friend after the age of 50years. Do you think they welcome the bill? Do you think it will create healthy environment of home? I think certainly not.

In our country where the awareness regarding the AIDS and other sexual diseases is very low, the bill will dis balance the program mes of checking the above diseases.

in short , there are several questions in my mind and I am trying to find out the answers.I am putting theses questions before you also.Please go through the questions keeping your country in your mind ,your society,culture,tradition rituals etc too.
