Condor 2, leader of Juarez Cartel enforcers", La Linea, taken down in Juarez
The Attorney General of Chihuahua reported that Luis Humberto Peralta Hernández, better known as El Condor 2, was killed Tuesday afternoon during a confrontation with elements of the Federal Police.

The 44-year-old, in life, was one of the Attorney General's most wanted men, with a reward of five million pesos being offered for information leading to his arrest.
Sources point out that Peralta Hernandez was part of the Chihuahua Judicial Police force of Chihuahua who resigned in 2009, after nine years years of service, and over differences with Patricia Gonzalez Rodriguez, who was then the State Attorney General of Chihuahua.
The "Condor 2" was one of the leaders of La Linea, a criminal organization founded by current and former Chihuahua police officers who work as enforcers for the Juarez Cartel.
Reports said the shooting took place in the Periférico de la Juventud, where El Condor 2 and three other men confronted federal agents.
After attempting to flee, the 3 surviving men were arrested.
